  INSTRUCTIONS FOR ATTORNEY AGREEMENT (REGISTRY)

  • Electronic Access to Agreements
  • Link to Changes to 2011/2012 Attorney Agreements
  • Electronic Submission of Agreement for Attorney Services
  •   2011-2012 Standard Attorney Agreement

Commencing this fiscal year, JAC will no longer be posting the registry contract on its public website. Instead, executable registry contracts will only be available through JAC’s secure website. Registry attorneys who have not already set up an account will need do so before they can execute the registry contract for the next fiscal year.

Click here to set up an account.

If you have been selected by the Chief Judge for the conflict registry and you have not signed the 2011-2012 Standard Attorney Agreement please log in to JAC’s secure website as follows:

    • Click on “My Access” and log in.
    • Click on “Contracts” under the My Access link.
    • Select the circuits for which you are approved to be on the registry.
    • Although you may execute one contract per circuit as in past years, you will have the option to execute a single contract covering all circuits for which you are approved.
    • Review and verify the information regarding name, address, bar number, and tax identification number as well as all other pertinent information. Please update the information as instructed.
    • Generate a preview contract and review it.
    • Once the review is complete, follow the prompts and check off the boxes that will take you to contract submission. You will have the option to submit your contract electronically or through the mail. Please do not do both.
    • Once JAC receives the contract, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the contract.
    • Once the contract has been approved by JAC, an email notification will be sent. For contracts submitted electronically, the attorney can then view the contract through JAC’s secure website. For contracts submitted by mail, a copy will be sent to you electronically.

(If you are an attorney who has not been approved by the Chief Judge for the registry, you may not execute this contract. This contract is intended for use only by those attorneys selected for the registry by the Chief Judge).
